Craig is a General Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Veteran Ventures Capital, connecting his interests in cutting-edge technologies and services, strategic business growth and investments, and working with a purpose: investing in and supporting veteran entrepreneurs.

Craig is experienced in exploring and leveraging innovative technologies and services across several industries, to include Defense/Aerospace, IT, and Healthcare. He uses these insights to work with teams towards accelerating business growth, streamlining business operations and systems, and developing strategic contracting and partnership opportunities.

His previous experience includes managing and expanding a global humanitarian non-profit organization’s role in civil-military humanitarian assistance, to include supporting three missions with the U.S. Navy across twenty-four countries. His contributions to these missions were recognized with the U.S. President’s Volunteer Service Award. Craig proceeded to serve in an executive business development and operations role with the fastest-growing export business in Australia, Aspen Medical Pty, a global provider of expeditionary healthcare solutions working in government and commercial marketplaces. Craig also served as an Advisor to the U.S. Department of Defense on developing multi-national partnerships and theater security cooperation activities in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region and Europe; an executive business development role with Valiant Global Defense (acquired Cubic Global Defense); and most recently, an executive business development role supporting a rapidly growing Defense software and systems development company through an acquisition/transition with a Private Equity firm.

Craig graduated with a B.A. from the University of Delaware and earned postgraduate certifications from Johns Hopkins University and the University of London.

Craig is an avid reader, a small-scale organic farmer, and a volunteer for the Red Cross. He prioritizes spending time with his wife and three kids in Hawaii and can be found on the water surfing or standup paddle boarding with any spare time in his schedule.
